G r a t i t u d e * S u n d a y

Today for the first time I'm joining Taryn over at Wooly Moss Roots for Gratitude*Sunday
In Taryn's words: :

G r a t i t u d e * S u n d a y
"{Sunday's heartfelt tradition. A time to slow down, to reflect, to be grateful. A list of gratitudes.}"

* My little guy and his friend finding awesome creatures like this turtle and then having my husband bringing it home! (don't worry, we took him back to the woods where he would be safe)

* Connecting with lovely new people this week! The internet can really be wonderful thing at times.

* Spending time and celebrating with friends and family.

* Being filled with so much creative inspiration!

* Being so ready for autumn to begin. This summer has been way too hot and humid!

* Excited about things to come. My oldest will be turning 5 years old soon and starting Catechism at the end of the month!

(Picture taken yesterday)
* Very grateful to have made it to 24 weeks in this pregnancy!
* As always, very grateful for everything the Lord as provided for my family and myself. Each day truly belongs to him.

  1. What a wonderful turtle! I too am looking forward to autumn, such a nice time of year, we had a thunderstorm last night and the smell of fall was definitely in the air. :)

    1. He/She was quite the turtle indeed! Very bright and actually quite quick! lol. I wish we were getting more storms out here. At least the weather is cooling down a bit, I hope it stays that way.

  2. Hi Kellie- you look so beautiful mama! I was just thinking how this time last year that is what I looked like. Love that turtle picture, we used to find turtles when we were kids but always let them go back in the woods after we had fun checking them out :)

    1. Awww, Thank you so much Annie!(Of course being pregnant I feel like I look like a mess most of the time. lol) My husband has been dubbed The Turtle Whisperer. He has that special ability to find them. We actually both love turtles, they are my favorite animal, so it works out. : )
