Cheerful Things

There are some new cheerful pieces hanging in my home (kitchen) right now and I just had to share them with all of you! All but one of these prints are by a very creative and talented artist named Nikki McClure. I love her work! The top picture is the first piece of hers I fell in love with. Isn't it just the life of a homemaker? I can't tell you how many times that has happened to me. Little fingers, and some big just want to "try a piece". Again, love it!  

This is also just so sweet. I love the look of Fly Agaric mushrooms already, so this piece was an obvious choice for me.  

 I love the bright green color in this piece, it's so fun!  

Now, these two sweet little owls came from the Etsy shop, Trafalgars Square. I couldn't resist! It is just too darn adorable!

Our Little Space...

Our little space is made up of so much. Art, music, crafting tools, family heirlooms, much of these things I'm sure fill almost anyone's space. This is ours. Our unique space. A space that we hope to one day leave. We feel this is just our temporary home. We are still looking for that place where we can plant ourselves and spread our roots. It's going to happen. One day. Until then, we are trying our best to look at what we have and make it ours as much as possible. So here, ladies and gentlemen is the space we currently call home.

It may not be perfect, but its ours. Our space.
