Snow Day.

It was the first (and possibly last) big snow this year and the day was filled with plenty of time spent outside, eating snow cream and drinking homemade hot chocolate. Fun times!

Getting Bigger!

Well, almost a month has passed since this little man came into my life and he's getting bigger everyday! It's amazing! (and that happens to be the first picture of him smiling that I've caught!)
God Bless

He's Here!

After a very fast labor, Cedar James finally showed us that sweet little face! We are all doing very well and he is best little nurser that any mama could ask for! Now for many adventures to come with THREE boys!!

A Walk In The Woods...

This past weekend, my family and I enjoyed a nice walk at Hemlock Bluffs Nature Preserve. Besides it being a bit windy outside, we had a lovely time. It was so nice to get out in nature. Hopefully there will be plenty more walks in the woods in the near future!

So much beauty to be found in this world if we just take the time to look.

Our Little Space...

Our little space is made up of so much. Art, music, crafting tools, family heirlooms, much of these things I'm sure fill almost anyone's space. This is ours. Our unique space. A space that we hope to one day leave. We feel this is just our temporary home. We are still looking for that place where we can plant ourselves and spread our roots. It's going to happen. One day. Until then, we are trying our best to look at what we have and make it ours as much as possible. So here, ladies and gentlemen is the space we currently call home.

It may not be perfect, but its ours. Our space.
